1. My real name is Bernalyn Manalili, 37 years old and lives in Pasig City, Philippines. I also used the pen name: Breanna De Leon in some of my published works.
2. I am a female and married without kids.

4. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Journalism, from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, and took up 18 units of Certificate of Professional Education from the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City.
5. I am a Licensed Professional Teacher.
6.  I have worked for more than 11 years in the publishing industry as an Editorial Assistant, Staff Writer, Magazine Coordinator, Managing Editor, and Business Operations Officer. I have worked with 4 different publishing companies creating textbooks and instructional materials for student in all level, storybooks for children, horror stories, graphic novel, and Tagalog Romance Novels.
7. I worked as a Client Services Specialist in an offshore company for more than 3 years.
8. I was born and raised in Pasig City, lived and worked for several years in Quezon City, and worked for several years in Makati City.
9. I am the eldest child and grandchild. My parents are separated, and I was raised by my maternal grandparents and aunt.
10. I love rainy days, sunsets, and overlooking.
11. I love coffee and could not get through a day without at least a cup.
12. I love to sleep and requires more than two pillows hence, my blog name: Pillows
13. I hate washing the dishes, and cleaning as household chores. I love doing the laundry.
14. I am tone deaf therefore, I don’t sing well. I do not sing in karaoke except if it were just me and my husband.
15. I love the internet and could not survive the entire day without it.
16. I am a proud member of Iglesia ni Cristo (Church of Christ) but I’d rather not write about religion and politics in my blog.
17. I dream to become a famous writer someday, direct and write my own film or drama series, and write a story that would be remembered for all time.
18. I dream to travel the world and write about different cultures.
19. I am allergic to paracetamol, ibuprofen, carbocisteine, and other cold and flu drugs. It usually is trial and error for me to see how I would react in every drug I intake.
20. I have no province and therefore, Tagalog and English are my only spoken and written language. I can understand a little Kapampangan, thanks to my husband and his family, but I cannot speak the language.
